How do you know if your supplement program is working for you? First and foremost you should feel great or at least better than you did without them. Periodically, I always take a break from everything in order to re-evaluate my needs. Secondly, consider micronutrient testing. I think this test is just as important as annual labwork, especially if you are taking prescription medications which are known to deplete key nutrients.
I am now able to offer micronutrient testing from SpectraCell and have been very pleased with the results so far. Testing is fairly simple, I mail you a prescription, you have blood drawn at a participating draw site, the results are sent to me to analyze and then I will email you a report.
